    If your item(s)  are  returned within 30 days in like-new condition

  • I don't know how to track my order. Please assist.

    Most orders should process and ship within 24 hours. You will recieve email updates notifying you of status updates and providing shipping and tracking info

  • I received an item as a gift. Can I return it?

    If it is within 30 days of purchase and you have a receipt or gift receipt 

  • What is a PD

    A pupil distance is required to fill a prescription order and can be provided by your eye care professional
